Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
As a key holder, you will join the Lebo’s family, report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for Providing Excellent Customer Service: Proactively greeting and engaging customers warmly and with a smile. Supporting the store to exceed its customer service goals, using Lebo’s Customer Service Standards. Handling each customer in a professional and friendly matter. Thanking each customer following a purchase.
Demonstrating Initiative:
Offering customer assistance proactively and without prompt. Using suggestive selling techniques with all customers. Having a firm knowledge of product assortment.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule involving weekends and evenings. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use a computer, standard telephone, and other related business equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Hand manipulation to add and remove sensor tags, hang apparel, measure feet, and put shoes onto customer's feet. Ability to use a computer keyboard. Ability to push or pull 25-100 pounds, utilizing hand trucks and moving carts. Reaching above and below shoulder level and lifting 25-50 pound boxes. Ability to use step-stools to retrieve product or rework displays.
