Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Selling Store Manager to lead our sales team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a commission-only position, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing sales leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive improvement.
- Engage with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service to close sales.
- Oversee the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
- Execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
