What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Paraprofessional position at Lebanon High School?
Job Goal:
Imagine a classroom where every student feels seen, supported, and ready to learn. As a Classroom Paraprofessional, you’ll help make that vision real. Working alongside teachers, you’ll guide individual students and small groups so they can truly benefit from every lesson and resource our school has to offer.

You believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and support them—whether it’s during morning routines, lunchtime, or a critical moment in class.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Must have either an associate degree or 48 college credits or pass a test for highly qualified status.
- The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and FBI clearance.
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
