This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fond du Lac, WI, for an Insurance Broker. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for identifying, consulting, and servicing clients’ insurance needs. Responsibilities include managing insurance policies, assisting clients with selecting the most appropriate coverage options, maintaining client relationships, and acting as an advocate for clients throughout the insurance process. The broker will utilize a combination of customer service expertise, financial knowledge, and industry insight to deliver tailored solutions that meet both individual and business insurance requirements.
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and knowledge of Insurance principles
- Experience in Finance and Retirement Planning
- Strong Customer Service skills for fostering client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
- Licensure or certification in the insurance sector (or willingness to obtain)
