LEB Insurance Group is a fast-growing insurance organization looking for a driven, personable Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — calling warm leads, building rapport, and scheduling qualified appointments for our licensed agents. No insurance license required to get started.
What You'll Do
- Call provided leads to introduce LEB Insurance Group and our services.
- Qualify prospects by gathering basic information about their insurance needs and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents — by phone, video call, or in person.
- Follow up with prospects who didn't answer or need more time before committing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with agents daily to ensure a smooth handoff and high show rates.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation is performance-based with bonuses tied to appointments set and shown.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
