Compensation Range: $50K - $55K
As a key member of our Service Team, you will play an essential role in supporting clients, assisting with Medicare-related questions, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to support clients
- Assist existing and prospective clients with Medicare-related questions, including:
- Appointment scheduling
- Basic Medicare education
- Original Medicare enrollment
- Medicare card or number delays
- Penalties, copays, and unexpected costs
- Assist with preparation and submission of insurance applications
- Earn your Utah Producer License within an agreed timeframe after hire
- Support marketing efforts and special projects as needed
- Manage personal and shared email inboxes with timely, professional responses
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Provide front desk coverage and general office support when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
