Compensation Range: $40K - $55K
About The Role
In this role, you’ll support our Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing a diverse book of business. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring our clients receive top-tier service, helping keep accounts running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn the commercial insurance side of the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Managers to service and support commercial insurance accounts
- Prepare proposals, renewals, certificates of insurance, and other client deliverables
- Process endorsements, policy changes, and required documentation
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers to gather information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support account service workflows
- Current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
- At least 1 year of insurance office experience preferred (commercial lines experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
