The Commercial Lines Account Manager will support small to middle market clients, serving as their primary point of contact. This role plays a vital role in supporting producers by delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the seamless management of commercial accounts. This role exists to strengthen and maintain client relationsips, handle day-to day servicing needs, and provide reliable administrative support that allows producers to focus on cultivating and growing larger accounts. Acting as a trusted resource and service partner, the Account Manager helps maintain client satisfaction, retention, and operation efficiency by ensuring that every client receives professional, timely, and attentive service.
Responsibilities
Compensation Range: $40K - $55K

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the assigned producer by managing servicing request and administrative task, enabling them to focus on larger accounts and business development
- Provide proactive service, such as sending reminders, suggesting coverage reviews, or pointing out gaps to mitigate risk
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that strengthen trust and retention
- Manage all aspects of policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims support
- Maintain communication with Commercial Lines Producer to ensure specific deadlines and on-going projects/tasks are completed
- Collaborate with producer, carrier representatives, and team members to deliver excellent service
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agency and carrier guidelines by verifying that issued policies align with the original submissions, quotes, and proposal documents
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management (entry-level candidates with strong knowledge of Commercial Lines may be considered).
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Solid understanding of insurance products and coverage types relevant to small and middle market clients.
- Strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the AMS 360 is highly preferred
