What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer
- Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects
- Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution
- Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach
- Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development
- Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetings
- Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
- Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs
- Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
- Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
- Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Nevada
- Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, especially in contractor and construction segments
- Strong understanding of agency operations and account service workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Skilled in navigating carrier rating software
- Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
