Responsibilities
- Processes new and renewal policies, including policies downloaded from the carrier once reviewed by Account Manager.
- Processes endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc. including checking for accuracy, billing, and preparing correspondence to insured and/or carrier as needed
- Creates emails to notify Account Managers/CSA’s to follow up on reported policy and account discrepancies; emails include all relevant documentation.
- Processes all mail in a timely manner ensuring that appropriate activities are closed
- Pulls renewal policies for Account Managers and place in monthly renewal folder
- Attends Team meetings and continuing educational classes
- Sets priorities, organizes and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
- Maintains a professional and effective relationship with co-workers, and other business contacts
- Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information and continuously improves knowledge and performance
- Interacts with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals
- Fulfills other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.
- Must be dependable, provide timely response and complete work activities.
