What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Assistant/Customer Experience Specialist position at Leavitt Automotive?
We are a rapidly growing, highly rated automotive repair shop, setting a new standard in customer service. To keep up with demand, we’re hiring a full-time Front Counter Assistant/Customer experience specialist to help us deliver an even better experience for our customers.
No automotive experience is required, just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to serve people, while being a good fit for are strong and positive work culture.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in a timely manner
- Gather all necessary vehicle concern information & create accurate work orders
- Support service advisors, technicians, and management with whatever is needed
- Successfully answer phones, schedule appointments, and update customers
- Shuttle customers to/from home or work, as needed
- Help manage parts ordering, receiving, returns & inventory
- Help manage loaner car fleet
- Keep waiting area & office clean and welcoming
- Pick up/deliver parts & take occasional test drives
- Go above and beyond to create a WOW experience for the customer
- Fill in as a backup service advisor, as needed
- Management of the shop's CRM
