Adventure Guides are responsible for creating great guest experiences on attractions (i.e. Alpine Coaster) and in Guest Services (i.e. tickets, merchandise, etc.)
About Leavenworth Adventure Park, LLC
The Leavenworth Adventure Park is a year-round source of fun and thrilling entertainment for families and kids of all ages. The park is conveniently located just a short walk from Leavenworth’s downtown area at the entrance to Tumwater Canyon. The park’s featured attraction is Washington State’s first Alpine Coaster which boasts three exciting helix circles and gorgeous views of the canyon, mountains, rivers, and the town of Leavenworth. With 1-2 people in each toboggan, riders control their own speed to create a scenic tour or a full-speed fast and thrilling ride. The park’s 27’ Climbing Wall includes multiple routes of varying difficulty to climb and auto-belay down. Kids love panning for up to 20 gemstones and treasures at the park's Mining Sluice. This fun teach-and-learn activity includes a take-home bag and descriptive info on the stones. The park also features 8,500 square foot Guest Service Center (GSC) with a viewing area of the park, indoor and outdoor seating and lots of room for groups to enjoy birthday parties and events. Grab and Go food and drink, including tasty items from local vendors, as well as souvenir merchandise items, are available in the GSC. Easy parking right in front of the park will make the Leavenworth Adventure Park an easy activity for families. Advance reservations for tickets to activities are available on-line. Description
Adventure Guides may be responsible for either working on attractions or guest services.
This includes:
- Selling tickets,
- Food and beverage.
- Merchandise.
- Safe and efficient operation of all attractions.
- Ticket compliance.
In addition, and under supervision, guides may perform light maintenance and cleaning, and periodic inspections. Guides may be assigned to any attraction or station, and/or rotate throughout an assigned shift. Guides are also responsible for area cleanliness.
The guides will, typically, be the first contact guests have at the park. As such, they must actively welcome guests and happily handle guest service issues. As the primary point of guest contact, guides must provide an exceptional guest service experience.

Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- 2 references.
- A Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one within 10 days of employment).
Preferred Experience
- 2-3 years of guest service experience, which could include recreation, retail, or food service.
- Computer skills
- Cash handling.
- Washington State MAST.
- Prior Guest.
