We are seeking a skilled woodworker helper with experience in fabricating and installing custom cabinets and wall units to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and installing, and finishing custom cabinets and related millwork with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces, enhancing functionality, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute cabinet fabrication and installation projects.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and fabricate cabinetry components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, trim carpentry elements, and hardware with precision to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Perform wood framing as needed for structural support of cabinetry or related installations.
- Conduct surface preparation including caulking, plastering, and painting, to ensure seamless finishes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols including power tool safety practices while handling power tools and heavy lifting equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience
- 3 years experience with a focus on cabinetry installation or woodworking projects.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to cabinet making and general carpentry.
- Hands-on experience with hand and power tools. Previous remodeling experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of installation and fabrication processes.
Prerequisite.
- Valid driver license.

- Must speak English, and/or Bilingual.
