What You’ll Do
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly and efficiently:
- Own production execution: Manage material flow, machine scheduling, and labor coordination to meet production goals
- Anticipate & solve problems: Identify shortages, delays, and capacity constraints—and take action before they impact delivery
- Optimize production schedules: Release, prioritize, and adjust production and transfer orders to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment
- Drive performance: Monitor production vs. plan and investigate gaps to improve output and on-time delivery
- Balance inventory health: Support kanban and safety stock strategies while aligning with the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Lead by example: Mentor Planner I team members and support team success
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of planning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 F&O preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
