Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Houston, TX. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible

Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.

• Ensure all necessary repairs are completed for community common areas and resident units

• Inspect grounds, buildings, and the community exterior daily to identify and correct a

• Order maintenance supplies and manage inventory while adhering to budget guidelines

Qualifications
• Must have basic knowl
