Position Requirements:
- Provide stellar customer service
- Previous experience in the pet industry
- Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, and lifting weights up to approximately 50 pounds
- Being able to walk long distances at a brisk pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong technology skills (Dropbox, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Smartphone Apps, texting, sending photos)
- Ability to multi-task and make appropriate prioritization decisions Access to reliable pet-friendly transportation
- Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (religious and government) in a part-time capacity
- Calm, friendly and caring demeanor
- Clean criminal history
