Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Leasecake, a leading SaaS company in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, you will identify and develop leads and manage and grow relationships with new prospects and existing customers. You will work closely with our customer success and real estate teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop leads through market research and networking events
- Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demos to potential clients
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to clients
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, as well as the competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Business development experience, with a 1-2 year minimum focus on closing
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and solve client problems
- A competitive nature and self-driven sense of motivation
- The ability to act as a consultant and help clients think differently about their business
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience selling to retailers is a plus
- Experience selling SaaS products is a plus
- A willingness to remain current with industry trends in commercial real estate
- The ability to speak your mind and come up with fresh approaches to solving problems
- The willingness to take ownership of your domain and dig into old processes to find solutions.
Job Type: Full-Time/Monday through Friday
