Lease Liaison is an new real estate rental transaction company that partners with Keller Williams agents to simplify the rental listing process. We are currently expanding our preferred vendor network and are looking for talented freelance real estate photographers throughout Colorado.
Photographers can serve any area they choose. Once approved, your business will be featured on LeaseLiaison.co, where real estate agents can easily find and hire you for rental listing photography within your selected service areas.
Responsibilities
- Photograph residential rental properties for marketing.
- Deliver high-quality interior and exterior images.
- Coordinate directly with the hiring real estate agent.
- Occasionally place or pick up lockboxes at properties when requested.
- Maintain professionalism while representing yourself and the Lease Liaison vendor network.

Qualifications
- Experience with residential real estate photography is preferred.
- Professional camera equipment is a bonus but not required.
- 3 lens camera on your phone with the ability to capture .05 ultra wide capable of producing high-quality listing photos
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and dependable turnaround times.
- 3D Camera
- Drone photography is a bonus but not required.
