Lease End is seeking a full-time Xphone Advisor to join our team on-site in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding consumers through their end-of-lease options via phone consultations, offering tailored advice, and ensuring they understand the full range of possibilities. You will provide outstanding customer service, educate drivers about financial options, and advocate for their best interests. Your daily responsibilities include answering queries, collecting and analyzing data on leased vehicles, maintaining documentation, and supporting customers throughout their lease-end journey.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills to build trust and confidently guide customers.
- Sales and Advisory Skills: Experience providing tailored advice, explaining financial options, and building customer relationships.
- Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using fintech tools, analyzing data, and understanding vehicle valuation methods or financing options.
- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team-centered environment.
- Preferred: Background in automotive financing, leasing, or customer service is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
