We're committed to empowering auto-lease owners with the tools and resources for an easy, stress-free exit from their lease. The automotive industry is purposefully making the end-of-lease experience difficult on consumers, and we are looking for a Payoff Clerk to help be a crucial part of the end-of-lease process.

Job duties:

• Obtain verbal payoffs from lien holders by holding conference calls with drivers and lien holders
• Obtain payoff documents via fax when possible
• Communicate payoff information with sales team to support the sales effort
• Other functions to support the sales effort as needed

The best candidates will have the following:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other software systems.
• Ability to work with a cohesive team and foster communication and teamwork in the workplace.
• Experience in a financial setting (payment processing or bank/lending) is a plus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, 10am-6pm or 10:30am-6:30pm. May be required to work weekends

• Twin Falls, ID 83301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
