Our Adolescent PHP/IOP provides structured behavioral health treatment for adolescents who need a higher level of support while remaining connected to their families and communities.
What You'll Do
- Lead Therapeutic Groups: Facilitate engaging adolescent groups using DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and coping-skills interventions.
- Provide Clinical Support: Help adolescents build coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and tools they can use beyond the program.
- Collaborate: Work alongside clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, technicians, and other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Clinical Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation related to groups and patient care.
- Support the Program: Assist the clinical team with patient needs and other clinical responsibilities as appropriate.

- Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
- Mental health experience required
- Experience with children and/or adolescents strongly preferred
- Strong group facilitation, communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, therapeutic school, school-based, or other behavioral health experience is a plus
