Position Summary:
As a Guest Service Associate, you are the face of the brand—creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest service while supporting package and product sales. You play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive team environment that reflects a culture of confidence, care, and excellence.
Essential Responsibilities and DutiesGuest Service and Experience
- Create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s values and standards.
- Warmly stand and genuinely greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
- Answer phone calls professionally, manage the reservation book, and address guest inquiries.
- Educate every guest on package savings programs, products, overall experience, and promotional offerings.
- Confidently communicate the benefits of service frequency and product usage.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals while actively contributing to broader performance targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product and service offerings.
- Recommend and promote appropriate skincare products and service packages.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
- Uphold brand values, standards, and model the guest experience expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
- Support the team in opening/closing procedures and other administrative tasks.
- Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS systems.

Education/Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
