- Create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s values and standards
- Warmly stand and genuinely greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit
- Answer phone calls professionally, manage the reservation book, and address guest inquiries
- Educate every guest on package savings programs, products, overall experience, and promotional offerings
- Confidently communicate the benefits of service frequency and product usage
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals while actively contributing to broader performance targets
- Maintain strong knowledge of product and service offerings
- Recommend and promote appropriate skincare products and service packages
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Uphold brand values, standards, and model the guest experience expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area
- Support the team in opening/closing procedures and other administrative tasks
- Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS systems
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and guest skin care
- Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred
- Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
- Travel requirements: As required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
