Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage care plans
- Supervise CNAs and medication staff
- Monitor residents’ health and respond to medical needs
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation
- Communicate with families and providers
- Active LPN or RN license
- Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (senior care preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
