Position Summary
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for client's across a national portfolio. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction retention, account
growth, and service excellence by aligning our workforce solutions with customer business needs.
The Client Success Manager partners closely with sales, operations, associate care and finance to
ensure consistent delivery, proactive issue resolution, and creatively identifies opportunities to
grow our current associate base at client sites.
The position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the pace and
complexity of commercial staffing. Given our nationwide footprint, it is critical that this role can
support and drive improved delivery and relationships virtually as well as travel – up to 30% as
needed, to client sites.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have skills and experience to:
- Establish relationships with key contacts at multiple levels with clients and serves as
- Manage a portfolio of customers with varying needs, ensuring consistent delivery across
- Partner with operations team who support order fulfillment to ensure alignment between
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss fill rates, retention, attendance,
- Maintain a strong understanding of workforce and market trends, regional labor conditions
- Monitor account health using business intelligence data and client feedback and identifies
corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with sales on renewals, pricing discussions, contract alignment and strategic
- Act as an internal advocate for the client, coordinating cross-functional resources to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant
- 3 years of experience in client success, account management, customer success,
- Prior experience in commercial staffing is highly desired
- Proven success managing and growing accounts
- Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required including professional written and verbal
- Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization
- Experience analyzing account performance metrics and translating data into actionable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
- Proficiency with CRM and ATS systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
