Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking energetic, compassionate individuals who love helping others succeed. If you have a background in coaching, teaching, tutoring, psychology, neuroscience, or youth development, this is a perfect fit—but no experience is required! The ideal candidate:
✔️ Enjoys working with children and adults in a one-on-one setting.
✔️ Learns quickly and is highly teachable.
✔️ Has strong reading, spelling, and phonemic awareness skills.
✔️Must be available to work at least three weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., or two weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. AND Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
✔️ Has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
✔️ Has a positive, coach-like attitude and thrives in an engaging environment.
What You’ll Do as a Brain Trainer:
👩🏫 Work one-on-one with students, delivering fun and intensive cognitive training programs.
🎯 Act as a coach and motivator, helping students build confidence and overcome learning challenges.
🏆 Celebrate achievements with students and their families.
