What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Workshop Facilitator / Delivery Coach position at LearningRx of Raleigh and Cary?
About us: LearningRx of Raleigh & Cary helps students strengthen the cognitive skills behind learning. We run educational workshops for schools, parents, and community groups across the Triangle and want to make them more engaging and polished.
What you'll do:
- Coach our team on live workshop delivery — pacing, audience engagement, handling Q&A, reading the room
- Sit in on and/or co-facilitate sessions in person, then give direct feedback
- Help refine how we present material so it lands with parents and educators
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering workshops, training, or teaching to live audiences
- Strong presence and a knack for keeping a room engaged
- Comfortable giving candid, constructive coaching
- Local to the Raleigh/Cary area and available for in-person sessions
Details: Part-time / flexible hours · In-person (Raleigh–Cary) · Pay commensurate with experience
