About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.Minimal hours 35
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote child development and learning.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team.
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations with DHS and health and safety standards.Must have experience with Philly PreK, Keystone Star level 4, Childware .Must be at least a level B.
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and open communication.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the daycare.
- Plan and organize community events and activities to promote family involvement.
- Evaluate and improve childcare services based on feedback and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred MUST BE B LEVEL IN PA KEYS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support daycare operations.
