- Florida Director’s Credential (required)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven leadership experience in a licensed preschool or childcare center
- Strong understanding of DCF regulations, licensing, and accreditation
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills
- A warm, approachable leader who inspires others through positivity and professionalism
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
