What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Learning Tree, LLC Preschool / Child Care Center?
Learning Tree is now hiring a cook who has previous experience in meal preparation for large groups, preschool/childcare experience preferred. Must be responsible, dependable, and enjoy working with a team.
- Ensuring that all state and local health department, licensing, safety and nutritional requirements are met; following standards of personal hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Planning and preparing snacks and meals in accordance with posted menus and nutrition regulations.
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Ability to regularly and routinely lift and push at least 50 pounds.
- Completion of a background check required.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
