Job Overview:
Learning Together Educational Services is a multidisciplinary Early Education therapy provider servicing Orange County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. This position is initially part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on patient needs and caseload growth. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals for clients.
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, occupational therapists, and families.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and families on communication strategies and resources.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in clinical or school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
- Initial part-time hours with the potential for full-time as demand increases.
- Flexible scheduling options available.
