For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Hourly Rate: $20-22 per hour based upon experience and education
Schedule: 12AM-8AM

We are searching for Full-Time 3rd Shift Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Lakewood, CO. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.
Duties:
- Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
- Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
- Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
- Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
- Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
- Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
- Ability to lift 50lbs
