Learning Nest is seeking a thoughtful, engaging educator to provide personalized, in-home instruction for children ages 3–7. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful connection, creativity, and a more intentional approach to early education.
As an In-Home Educator, you will work closely with one family or a small group of children, delivering customized lessons that support early academic development, social-emotional growth, and a genuine love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized, hands-on lessons in literacy, math, and enrichment
- Create a warm, structured, and engaging learning environment within the home
- Adapt curriculum based on each child’s pace, interests, and developmental needs
- Foster strong, professional relationships with both children and parents
- Provide thoughtful updates and communication to families on progress and growth
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children (ages 3–7) in a teaching, tutoring, or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished presence
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Background in education preferred; college students in education-related fields encouraged to apply (for tutoring roles)
