Job Description
Learning Matters Inc. welcomes applications from qualified, caring reading coaches and tutors to work with students ages 6-18 in core and specialized subject areas. Positions are now open to serve students in their homes and local libraries in Miami-Dade County.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Passionate professionals and/or teachers with a strong background in Education.Minimum 1 year of tutoring and/or teaching experience.
- An emotionally intelligent individual who is able to connect and guide students to unlock their potential and overcome academic challenges.
- One academic year commitment required.
- Experience working with gifted students welcome.
- Experience working with students diagnosed with a learning disability is a plus.
