Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support educators in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for students, particularly those with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children. A background in early childhood education or Montessori methods is highly desirable.
Duties
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment by engaging students in meaningful interactions and activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote social skills among students.
- Support the care of toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with educators to adapt materials and teaching strategies for children with varying abilities.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related education practices.

Experience
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- A strong understanding of child development and educational methodologies will be beneficial for success in this role.
