We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians or ABA Paraprofessionals (with a High School diploma) for our growing program. Registered Behavior Technician certifications preferred but not required.
Case Details:
- Female Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians preferred
- Hours: Monday–Friday: 5–7 PM and Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM–5:30 PM
- 25 hours per week total

A Behavior Technician at Learning Ladders ABA Services is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. ABA Paras work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
What You'll Do
- Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
- Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.
Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
- Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as requiredand within the specified time frames.
What You'll Need
- Required: High School Diploma
- RBT Certification (preferred but not required)
- Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
- Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment.
- Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and Child Serve.
