## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
## Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents and caregivers
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program
## Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early literacy education
- Experience in physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children
- Ability to manage a classroom of toddlers with care and attention
- Familiarity with Montessori or other private school teaching methods is a plus
