Join Learning Grove, a nonprofit leader in early childhood education serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As a teacher, you’ll help guide children (ages 6 weeks–6 years) through engaging, child-centered learning based on Constructivist Theory and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; CDA preferred
- Experience working with young children and managing classrooms
- Strong communication skills and commitment to equity and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Create and adapt developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment
- Build trusting partnerships with families
- Participate in professional development and collaborate with your team
