We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and personal hygiene.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help children develop social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning.
- Observe children's behavior and development, implementing behavior management strategies as needed.
Skills
- Experience in babysitting or working with children in various settings such as daycare or preschool.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices and behavior management techniques.
- Basic first aid certification is preferred to ensure child safety.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
