Learning For All is looking for Therapeutic Tutors & Education Specialists to join our team and work in-person, at either our Scripps Ranch/Miramar or Point Loma offices.
Responsibilities
- Working 1:1 with learners in a clinical setting
- Implement specific protocol with fidelity
- Provide session notes
- Adapt lesson planning for diverse learners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Background in education/therapy
- Experience with diverse learners
- Detail-oriented with strong protocol adherence
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Independent, integrity-driven worker
- Collaborative team member seeking growth
- Preference given to applicants with experience in Special Ed, Orton-Gillingham based language protocols, Speech Therapy, Educational Therapy, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy
- Available weekday afternoons & Saturdays, with a minimum of at least 20 hrs/week of availability.
- Paid training, after which compensation will be $30-$34/hr based on experience
