- Lead litigation matters from strategy through trial.
- Handle motion practice, depositions, discovery, and client communication.
- Draft persuasive pleadings and briefs; represent clients in court and arbitration.
- Collaborate with partners and associates to deliver top-tier client service.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 10 years of litigation experience with proven trial and courtroom success.
- Excellent writing, research, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Experience with data privacy and cybersecurity litigation (CCPA, GDPR).
- Background defending class actions or privacy-related claims (IRPA, BIPA, VPPA, CIPA).
