- 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups (Series AE), ideally AI, SaaS, or deep tech.
- Proven record of sourcing and closing 10–15 hires/year across technical and GTM roles.
- Experience building recruiting functions (0→1) or on a Head of Talent path.
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, HireEZ).
- Strong operational mindset: data-driven, process-focused, continuously improving.
- Excellent storytelling skills to sell mission, vision, and equity upside.
- Scrappy, hands-on, thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles.
- Manage 8–12 searches simultaneously, delivering 10–15 hires per year.
- Build and optimize the recruiting process, from JD to candidate experience.
- Drive diverse, inclusive hiring practices and champion employer branding.
- Partner with leadership on headcount planning, org design, and talent strategy.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation, competitors, and positioning.
- Manage sourcing channels including direct sourcing, agencies, investor networks, and tools.
- Define and track recruiting KPIs: source of hire, conversion rates, time to fill.
- Eventually build and lead the recruiting team, creating a world-class talent function.
