What You’ll Do
* Lead overall school operations, staffing, enrollment, and performance
* Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
* Build a professional, consistent, and engaged school culture
* Manage labor, expenses, enrollment, and other key business drivers
* Understand and utilize P&L and performance metrics to make informed decisions
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance
* Maintain Nebraska childcare licensing and company standards
* Build strong relationships with children, families, employees, and the surrounding community
What We’re Looking For
* Proven management experience with responsibility for people and business results
* Early childhood, childcare, education, retail, hospitality, or other multi-faceted operational leadership experience
* Experience working with budgets, P&L, labor management, sales/enrollment, or overall profitability
* Demonstrated stability and progression within previous roles
* Strong coaching, accountability, and team-development skills
* Professional communication and strong organizational skills
* Ability to independently manage competing operational priorities
* Must meet Nebraska requirements to serve as a Child Care Center Director

Compensation
Base pay for this role starts at $53,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on education and relevant years of leadership/management experience within a licensed childcare setting.
