Essential Functions:
Strategic Initiative Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including performance optimization and efficiency programs
- Build business case models with scenario analysis, sensitivities, and ROI assessment
- Partner with initiative owners to align assumptions, KPIs, and financial impact measurement
- Ensure models are structured, auditable, and decision-oriented
- Establish and maintain standardized frameworks to track financial and operational performance of key initiatives
- Monitor progress against targets and identify risks, variances, and mitigation opportunities
- Synthesize complex operational inputs into clear financial implications
- Prepare recurring executive updates (monthly and, at times, weekly) summarizing initiative progress and financial impact
- Develop concise, executive-ready PowerPoint materials and supporting analysis
- Support preparation of sponsor-facing reporting by providing initiative-level financial insights and structured narratives
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and key takeaways
- Collaborate with leaders across operations, marketing, HR, and other corporate functions to distill business nuances into financial frameworks
- Challenge assumptions constructively and ensure alignment on definitions and performance metrics
- Serve as a trusted finance partner on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Improve clarity, consistency, and transparency of initiative-level reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes
- Leverage multiple internal data sources to enhance analytical rigor
- 6 years of demonstrated experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentation materials
- Experience synthesizing complex data into concise insights and recommendations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MBA or equivalent masters degree
- Experience supporting executive leadership or sponsor-facing reporting
- Background in multi-unit or operationally complex environments
- Exposure to performance improvement or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
- Base salary range: $95-105k
- This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
