In this role, you will build and apply statistical and machine learning models to optimize pricing zones, estimate willingness‑to‑pay, analyze customer behavior and demographics, and evaluate how packaging and feature design influence adoption and profitability. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful business impact. This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining analytical rigor with strategic problem‑solving in a high‑impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of pricing analytics, including pricing zone optimization, price elasticity measurement, competitive benchmarking, and willingness‑to‑pay models.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to understand customer behavior, value perception, and revenue drivers.
- Build WTP models, market segmentation & clustering frameworks, demand curves, and scenario simulations to support pricing decisions.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses into discounting & promotional data to identify monetization opportunities and pricing performance trends.
- Perform customer behavioral analysis and segmentation, including analysis of customer demographics, purchasing patterns, and value sensitivity.
- Conduct analysis on product packaging and offering design (e.g., bundles, tiers, enrichments, etc.) to understand how packaging interacts with pricing, customer uptake, and profitability.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling stories for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Partner with stakeholders across organizations to identify pricing opportunities and shape pricing & packaging strategy
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 2–4 years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in data science, pricing analytics, or related domains.
- Demonstrated experience delivering data science projects such as:
- Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Regression modeling and forecasting
- A/B testing and experimentation measurement
- Machine learning models (supervised/unsupervised)
- Proficiency in Python/R, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and ML fundamentals.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure analytical approaches, and deliver impactful insights.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence decisions through data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
- $105-115,000 base salary.
- This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.

- This position is eligible for paid time off. All Corporate employees are enrolled in our Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) plan. Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
