Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Knoxville, TN. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for children with Autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking client progress, collecting data for analysis, communicating with team members and families, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for the clients to reach their goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing therapy plans
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills for collaboration with families and care teams
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis for monitoring client progress
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm to support children with developmental or behavioral challenges
  • Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or eligibility to obtain it
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to client locations
