Our warehouse operations are critical to our success. We run an efficient, clean and technology-driven warehouse in Cheyenne, WY. It is a safe and comfortable work environment and we value our staff.
Working with the Vice President of Operations, you will be required to fulfill the responsibilities of a warehouse assistant.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, organize and rearrange products in the warehouse.
- Process and fill customer orders with the highest degree of care and accuracy.
- Receive goods, including unloading containers, checking invoices and storing inventory in correct locations.
- Ensure inventory records are updated and maintained.
- Monitor and manage inventory control.
- Manage and handle shipping, plus loading and unloading of products.
- Operate pallet jacks.
- Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
- Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.
- Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma.
- Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL Freight and/or Amazon Vendor Central will be highly regarded.
- No other qualifications required. We will provide on-the-job training as needed.
- A forklift license is useful, but not a requirement for this role.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be happy to work between the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm on a full-time basis. "School" hours can be negotiated for those who care for children. The candidate will need to perform manual labor and should be tech-savvy to operate our industry-leading ERP and warehouse software.
