Job Title: Pre-K Counts Teacher
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10-month position)

Play & Learn is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our Pre-K Counts classroom in Fort Washington, PA. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a supportive team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families.
Play & Learn is proud to be one of the few early childhood organizations in Montgomery County to offer the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Pre-K Counts program, a free, high-quality early learning experience for qualifying families. Our program uses a curriculum aligned with state and local standards to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.

- Meet the individual needs of each child while providing the highest quality care
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our curriculum

- Promote a multicultural and welcoming learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education (with ECE focus), or a related field
- PA Instructional I Certification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with young children
- A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early childhood education
