Learn, Play, Grow Children’s Therapy Services is seeking a warm, dependable, and highly organized Patient Services Representative to join our pediatric therapy clinic.
As one of the first people families interact with, the Patient Services Representative plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position supports daily front-office operations and communication among families, clinic staff, physician offices, and other outside organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome patients and families and manage the check-in and check-out process
- Answer and respond to phone calls, texts, and emails
- Help families complete intake forms, policies, agreements, and other required paperwork
- Enter and update patient information in electronic systems
- Collect payments and required signatures
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Communicate professionally with families, clinic staff, and physician offices
- Scan, file, fax, mail, and organize documents
- Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and supportive clinic environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interruptions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic medical systems, Google Drive, spreadsheets, or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with medical office or insurance procedures
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends or major holidays are required.
