Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for toddler-aged children
- Conduct activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
- Monitor and track student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a classroom setting or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively with good classroom management techniques
- Experience working with children in areas such as special education, infant care, toddler care, nannying, or daycare is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
